By accessing our website or participating in our mobile slot tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & App Nature

• Free-to-Play: Ruckus Reels is a live-hosted, free-to-play promotional platform. No real-money wagering, purchasing of advantages, or gambling occurs within the Service.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in tournaments.

2. Account Integrity and Fair Play

To maintain a competitive and fair environment, users must strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Single Account: Users are permitted to register and operate only one account. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited.
• Automated Software & Bots: The use of bots, scrapers, macro scripts, emulators, or any unauthorized third-party software to automate gameplay is entirely forbidden.
• Integrity Verification: We reserve the right to utilize hardware attestation, device integrity checks, and anti-fraud monitoring. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, UI designs, game mechanics, software, logos, and materials related to the Service (including the phrase "Mash. Spin. Win." and the "Ruckus Reels" name) are the exclusive property of Ruckus Reels LLC.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Ruckus Reels LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding platform uptime or uninterrupted tournament gameplay.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.
