- Intentional Collection: We collect your mobile phone number exclusively when you explicitly opt-in to receive account verification codes (2FA/OTP) and live-hosted event alerts during account setup within our mobile application.
- Operational Scope & Frequency: Your mobile number is used strictly to deliver transactional account security codes and high-concurrency tournament notifications triggered by user activity. Message frequency varies based on user tournament participation, typically averaging 2-5 messages per week.
- Pricing Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, or from you to us.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Texting "STOP" to our number will trigger an automated confirmation message removing your contact information from the SMS framework. Text "HELP" for further operational assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
